We take preliminary information provided by you, we deliver the product that makes sense right to your home/office complete with specifications, environmental and sustainability data, and budgetary pricing details.
Getting Started with Guarddog
Step 1:
Measure the size mat you need. You don't have to be a licensed architect, just draw it out with your desired measurements and our top notch art department will make it nice and neat odd angles [click here - how to measure], revolving doors and other shapes. - or you can just give us the dimensions of your existing mats for an exact copy. You can even send us a photo of the mats you want to replace. Make sure your doors have clearance or if there is special cutting required, note the kind of swing the door has. Details at doorways are especially helpful to make sure your mat fits.

Step 2:
Select the type of mat - Dotz, Rib or Berber
Step 3:
Select the color for your field and the color for your logo (if applicable)
Step 4:
Attach and email your logo and fax your measurements to 706.270.5833 to sales@guarddogmats.com our art department. We will send you a confirmation notice that we receive your request and we are working on your artwork.
Step 5:
Once we have the layout and the graphics (if applicable), our art department will email or fax back artwork for your approval. If any adjustments need to be made, let us know and we'll modify it until you are satisfied.
Step 6:
Sign off on the approved artwork, fax the approved art 706.270.5833 work back to the Dog House along with your purchase order and deposit/credit application***
Step 7:
See step 6 again about sending in the deposit or credit application because we can't make your mat until we get it.
Step 8:
Wait 3 weeks and your mat will show up at your designated site. Our typical lead time for mats is 3 weeks. We will provide you a firm ship date once we have processed your order.
Step 9:
Tell your friends!
***note: a 50% deposit is required on all mat orders that total up under 1,000 square feet, or you may submit a credit application if your order meets the minimum 1,000 square foot requirement.
